Cross laminated timber - CLT
The CLT boards are manufactured at Ziegler Holztechnik GmbH according to the highest European standards using a modern gluing process.
Many years of experience in the processing and gluing of wood, as well as its use in construction, make XILAM panels a reliable and safe product.
The XILAM panels have a high degree of stability and can be installed quickly and easily at the same time. An ecological and sustainable product with high thermal and static values.
The fully automated production enables us to produce precisely fitting window and door openings as well as milling for electrical installations according to your specifications.
Currently, cross laminated timber elements can be produced in a width of 3. 03m and a maximum length of 16. 50m. The total thickness is possible from 60mm to 280mm, this is achieved from 3 to 7 layers depending on the thickness.
On customer request, two outer layers in the longitudinal direction of the fibres or cross-direction of the fibres can be produced and delivered. A natural product with very good insulation properties – the building material of the future!
